We collect what you provide directly (name, email, organisation), usage data that improves the platform, and data from integrations you explicitly connect. We do not purchase third-party datasets.

How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate, secure, and improve Fielded for you. We do not sell it. Our employees cannot access customer data without scoped authorisation logged in our audit trail.

Storage & security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and operate under GDPR. Enterprise customers can opt into customer-managed keys.

Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Requests can be submitted at privacy@fielded.ai and are honoured within the statutory window.

Retention
We retain data while your account is active. On deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where law requires limited retention (for example, financial audit).
