By using Fielded you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Enterprise engagements are additionally governed by a signed order and master agreement.

Use of the service
Fielded is provided for lawful business use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and the behaviour of agents you deploy on your behalf.

Intellectual property
Fielded and its related content are the property of Fielded.ai. You retain ownership of all data you submit. We claim no rights over your data beyond what is required to operate the service for you.

Limitations of liability
Fielded is offered 'as is' during the private phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Enterprise engagements include negotiated liability terms.

Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time, after which your data is purged per the privacy policy.

Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-product and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
